and forget all the petty fears that hold you back.

on your ego from a woman with a shotgun tongue.
Feeling like embarrassment is the rope that got you hung
You dangle for all these years.
Choking you into these petty fears
of who you and they really are
when they've left their pretty scar
Your broken heart torn and bleeding
but maybe a kick to the ass
is what you've really been needing.
