Watch it all roll down in a slow motion.
While you feel your insides swell with emotion
in the back of you mind you come under the notion
that it would be a good idea to swim naked in the ocean.

So I advise you to just rethink your strategy
and to find some other way to find your water filled glee.
So you come up with the idea of a shower including you and me
since you feel that only water flowing over you, can set you free.

So let me get all of this straight, you're self conscious but naked
and when it comes to your butt, you love to shake it.
when it comes to your orgasms, you sometimes have to fake it
and when it comes to something you want, you always come to take it.

So maybe I should watch you allot more closely from now on
and I'll have to make sure you've gone and left by dawn.
Why does it seem that you like to sniff stuff on my lawn
and ever since you've left, I've noticed my heart's been gone.

So do I just sit here and blame it all on you
since from the beginning I already knew
that the emotions you had were far and few
but maybe I didn't allow myself to see the clue.

Author's Note: I wrote this about how I fell in love with someone who didnt deserve my time or effort.. another piece from 96.. I reworked a couple of lines.. I dont remember what the sniffing on the lawn comment was about, but maybe someday I will and append this..
