So many bands competing
for the air space of this room
and none are worthy of breath
(much like the owners of the ears
that enjoy their vile harmonies)

this mindless empty silence
is disrupting minute concentration
with waves of boredom
frequented by unfruitful daydreams

such lack of mental stimulation
is driving the youth right mad
regardless of their low mental capacities
(hardly capable of holding
the knowledge they feign to possess)

bright autumn burnt freedom
awaits beyond thin sheets of glass
in plain view of their eyes
but none can see it beyond
the shallowness of their
retched musical tastes
