you showed me a way of living i never thought possible

treated me with dignity, respect

the way i always should be

although its been two and a half years since we were together

i still love you every moment of every day

seeing you, being with you, making love to you

reinforces that belief even more

i can't tell you "no" when you call

i can't turn away like you never meant anything to me

i can't help but still love you

and i hope if you ever feel alone in this world

that you will always remember

who it is that has forever loved you

i still wish for our house in florida

our cats and our candles

the dream you and i once shared

i can still see myself loving you for the rest of my life
