Spectra by Melina Raven Maness DieboldA world
brush-stroked
colors in
different hues
Emberglow
Fawnred and
Goldenrod
How many colors are there
in this
jaded jade world
Kings couldn't commission enough to count them
Logic says so
Myriad rainbowed shades
not
one better than the next
Periwinkle is my favorite
Queen of Color it is to me!
Remember each
shade and hue, separate
tones of
understanding
Violet kisses petals and skies alike
while
Xanthe greets me in the morning
Yes...colors...my
zealous eyes devour you all! 10/05/2003 Author's Note: an abcedarian in honor of our newly renamed forum, Words at Play.
