I turn to You
for I have no one here left to turn to.
I give you my heart
for You are the only one that I can give it all to.
I cry
and I want to be weak.
I have no pride left in me when it comes to You.
I wish for healing
wish for hope
and understanding

like I never was before.
Let me sleep in Your hands tonight.
Hold me safe
keep me whole
teach me in dreams
what may come.
I turn to You
in hopes
that You will move my heart again.
I know it is vain of me to ask
and I am sorry for that
but I have no one else to turn to
so I turn to You.
