Days of Old

by John Harder

I can remember a time
when I was half this size
and had none of these worries
A time when all my cares and fears
had something to do with toys
I'd take my car
and drive it on the wall
Sideways ramp over the door frame
into the next room
where I'd find many more adventures

Author's Note: i'm feeling nostalgic right now.

Now you made me nostolgic for my hot wheels. I think they are still stowed away in my parent's attic... (...I may have to pay them a visit)

I want to remember my childhood like this! The innocence of a child, its priceless, really! great job!
