Plucked petals madly by Mainon A Schwartzplucked petals madly--
the bloodscatter shift and through
cracked gravity, float, crash, explode
yet tenderfall to dust
disheveled glances torn--
drenching cornerscotch and atmosphere
backache, pinksqueeze, undertwine
and featherwall for lust
excruciate dipped lashes --
collective flashing black, react
smack defensed, lost glimmergloss
and hungerstall-- we must.
09/29/2003 Author's Note: an experiment in passion-- reactions welcome.

Posted by Rachelle Howe on 10/06/03 at 05:19 PM this reminds me of two strangers having instant chemistry and staring each other down. (down, down down...) *tilts her head again.* i see her blinking first. perhaps. i like this. the rhyme is subtle, and i like the desperation in the last line. |
