menacing eyeball (leave me alone) by Michele Schottelkorbmy eyelids are heavy
soiled and stolen
today a raven sang
and I dipped into the bloodpool
of memories
and leapt off the building
into the clouds
a menacing eyeball
mocked my fatigue
