The Beautiful Sleeping Paragon

by Amanda L Marron

I’ve seen someone tonight

Who I hadn’t quite expected to

His eyes are as blue as the ocean on a bright clear day

I’ve never seen another body like his

It’s so beautifully conformed

I can’t help but run my hands over his muscled chest

I want my body to be enfolded in his

Held so comfortably safe

Like I have once before

His kiss is lethal

Drawing me right into him with his tongue

His tongue stroking my tongue

His tastebuds leaving their imprint in my mind

I sit here as I watch him sleep

I listen to the rhythm of his breath

In and out

In and out

I want his lips to brush over my skin

So softly as if a whisper

My stomach churns without being able to feel his touch

To kiss his sweet lips

Taste the honey of his mouth

I’m sitting just mere inches away
