when you cry to her only because she lets you
when your own sigh becomes the only thing
you have left to trust. yet somehow it isn't enough,
the way she feels inside after you've crawled in
to seek a place to hide only to find that the face
she wears is mine.

i know.
i too was surprised the first time.

but just imagine how she feels.
