I want to give a shout out
To you for being a jackass.
For once,
It was a good thing.

For so long,
I dwelled on the "What ifs"
Of what happened between us
Though
What If
Does not exist
And never will.

I was so angry:
So full of hatred
For you: For her
And what you did.
My blood was turning black.

I read your most recent e-mail
The first communication in months
And the clouds opened up
And God said "Let there be realization."
And there was
And it was good.

You are so stupid
So young
And so not the person I thought.

So, dear Jackass,
Don't expect to hear from me again.
Don't expect to be entertained in my thoughts
Or nightmares.

Your existance,
For so long a thorn in my back,
Is now something meaningless

All because of your jackass ways.
So thanks,
For once,
For being such an idiot.
