You Are The Clinically Insane by Trisha De GraciaWhat lies between brilliance
and insanity
I think, is
a conscious thought.
You can either choose
to believe what you see
or look beyond.
Looking there
you may not find the comfort
you've grown to syphon from
but there is where it lies,
a croc with open jaws
the real secret just behind the tongue.
Hidden from "well-educated" minds,
minds that jump through hoops and walk tight-ropes,
deadlines, essays, grades and graduation.
Minds taught to behave-
to be dicsiplined,
but
for those few minds
that will not jump, walk, or write
though anyone elses hoops but their own
I tip my hat to you
You are the Clinically Insane,
Bravo. 08/29/2003 Posted on 08/29/2003 Copyright © 2026 Trisha De Gracia
