how odd not to see you running
after something, you're so calm,
smooth lipped yet still so very much
unstable.

have you forgotten the price of absolute
silence... i was here waiting and it felt like
forever.

and you said: how odd not to see you
running from something. but still, i find you
familiar.

even on a day like this.
