When depression sinks in

I feel like I'm being pushed
Further and further
Into a room crowded with happy people
And I'm the only one wearing the frown
Where everyone else
Has on their pink cocktail dresses
Standing in groups
Talking and laughing with each other
And me in all black
Different
Unnoticed
Small
With tears slowly wetting my face
