Habitat by Karen MichelleI want to live
miles away from
what i know
and what i talk
myself into loving.
Breaking silence
with foreign accents;
passing time,
sitting in a
corner cafe
or smoky pub.
Writing poetry
on napkins and notepads
- dreams of suitcase living
Adorn my passport
with another stamp
and let me be
a happy vagabond

Posted by Susan Q Tomas on 03/04/04 at 04:39 PM I share this sentiment. I too love traveling and I'm a total xenomaniac. I hope you get to do this soon, if you have not already. This one gets my vote for P.O.T.D. |
