Fairies Don't Have Tails

by Leah Laiben

charlotte has lost her web
and alice is not in wonderland anymore.
there are real life goblins roaming the streets
and turkish delights won't fill their gullets.
now they eat flesh and weary bones
and if you don't have a good doctor, i.e. Seuss
you won't live happily ever after.
