What is going on in my mind?
Where do these strange ideas arise?
Is it misfortune that haunts me now?

Images flashing in my eyes:

Magenta dragons casting fire sprays,
fly and swoop in my mind.
Battles from some other day,
some other place, some other time.

What is happening inside my thoughts?
Wandering through bizarre landscapes
where nightmares come alive.

Where does this all come from;
the anger, the hatred, the kindness?
Dreams of other souls cast upon my shore,
flowing into and engulfing my mind.
Maybe, to never ebb again.
Lost forever in this psychotic tide.
