Stormy Haiku by Cathlyn CartierGently falling drops
making patterns in the dirt
promising rebirth.
Dark skies are forming
the sun overshadowed
the deluge begins!
Thunderclaps resound;
Windows rattle in their panes,
and the storm rages on.
The darkness lightens;
the sun, hidden no more.
The cycle is complete.

Posted by Ginette T Belle on 07/31/03 at 12:32 AM lovely, very well expressed...the only thing that seems a little out of place is the exclamation mark...but that's just me...I love it... |
