Phone off the Hook

I'm all worried over
You, since you felt
The need to move on,
But it's a funny feeling
Having a broken heart.
The blood is pooling
In my shoes and I'm getting
Dizzy.
Take the phone off the hook
Send checks via US Mail
Let me know when you
Want to come by so
I can be gone.
