far thee away

by Stephanie Myers

pathetic

standing there in her rose withered gown
eyes dripping black and arms painted red
she falls

grasping onto the rails trying to regain some
sort of self accomplishment
perishing at the thought that she is
nothing

bloody beaten grass green eyes
contusions beneath her brow
philanthropic dreams
shattered to the mirror last night

almost sad and yet
not

as the light falters her heart
slows its beat

no sounds to make from the
crushed pathway of noise

almost

and just about

no more
