Artificially Flavored

by Becca Morton

The way she looks at him is so fake
She uses him until there is nothing left to take
All she cares about are his “good looks”
He’s such a smart person
But he can’t see the truth

She’s artificially flavored
She only speaks lies
She uses him until he’s nothing inside
He can’t find a way out
He’s stuck inside her web
I wish he saw who she really was
Before there’s nothing left

She orders him around
She’s all over him
She’s got him in her trap
This has got to end
He’s falling in love
With someone who isn’t true
I wish he knew

She’s artificially flavored
She only speaks lies
She uses him until he’s nothing inside
He can’t find a way out
He’s stuck inside her web
If only he saw who she really was
Because now there is nothing left
