incomplete regress by William P Struckesome things will remain undone while silently others conclude bound in circles, knots to hold us all tying my thoughts and idly standing by waiting for another day -- silence those dark vultures keeping within lost noise
holding together pining gratitude altogether dust forms on the horizon sunrise bending light reflecting back the clouds casting shadows of ignorance nothing past forlorn, together with you as I'm watching knowing, bleeding nothing will finish all alone time passes by with strings attached and the end draws near with light unknown
quiet ignorance or loud distaste the future unlocks doors and windows like everything has done for a lifetime and no one will see me as I die but waiting for nothing to complete itself and alone is all we'll be grating on success but interfering, and moving, and tying round and round with a yearning lie
and keeping together, forever we'll see the sun comes up with its knowing gaze the dark skies pass, as i am with you i can feel us bleed. in an instant touch, as a future goes wasting time here, and completing unfinished. 05/17/2003 Posted on 05/17/2003 Copyright © 2024 William P Strucke
