Indivisible

by Amanda J Cobb

It's supposed to be
one of Christianity's
given truths -
God is in everything.
He sees all, knows all,
is all.
He is everywhere.

So it would seem that
having faith in anything,
whether of the Christian persuasion or not,
really amounts to the same thing
in the end:
if God is in everything,
believing in anything
is believing in Him,
whether called by that name
or not.

You'd think that they'd have realized this by now,
that names are only a method of labelling and dividing
that which, by nature and their own definition,
is indivisible.

Funny how we humans can screw up
something that should be so easy.

Truth well articulated in verse. You hit the nail square on the head in this one.... well done.
