Sunyata

by Teri T Lahmon

Studying your facial features
Analyzing the sounds falling off your tongue
I can bring myself to believe
the Mayahana when they say
We are without Self.
Empty.
For you speak hollow words
Fall back on coexistence
Everything about you is
a reaction to something
else.
You have no inherent nature.

Very interesting take on Buddhist philosophy. Great read with alternative views.
