Misery Becomes Her

by Jersey D Gibson

Smiles look out of place,
sunshine only burns her skin.
Grey clouds, mood changes,
as the melloncollie sets in.

Fierce eyes dim with uncertainty,
an outlook shaded grey.
Talking becoming ackward,
misery enters the fray.

For you, I would do anything,
but the distinctive line becomes a blur.
Now that things take a turn for the worse,
finally, misery has become her.
