Songs spring unbidden
to my lips again.
A bountiful overflow
of cosmic awareness.
Do I seek a path to righteousness
through fog, or dust?
Help, I find myself
fallingÂ…
Down,
down,
again.
You said it was
for my eyes only.
How is that?
The world knows
YOU LIEDÂ…
I found the truth
in a pebble.
Or, maybe the manifestation
of truth cannot exist
in this effigy of life.
There are no epiphanies.
Only false dreams
of hope,
passion,
love.
