Art In Brussels by Charles J HannanTaken by surprise
By the arts
How extremely lovely they are
Flowing color portraits
Hanging in corridors as if to guide me
Emiting sounds through brushstroke
For each to interpret their own way
A tear falls onto canvas
To splash the meadows green
Thoughtfully adding hughes to the sunset
Majestically touching
Almost sexual
Swirling winds I feel from the palette
Curving around and through trees
Blues from the skies
Melt like promises giving in haste
And the beautiful cascade
Like highlights in your hair
Accenting expressions on your face
Shifting slightly to the west
To meet my everlasting gaze 04/09/2003 Posted on 04/09/2003 Copyright © 2024 Charles J Hannan

Posted by Rusty C Arquette on 04/11/03 at 03:10 AM Your imagery matches the theme brushstroke for brushstroke. - Wonderful read! - Thanks - RCat |
