You can't just say that word!

Word?

Yea, when you're critizing their work.

Work?

Yea, you know, like when you say stuff like, like,...
"it's too long, but I put up with it,..."
"well, usually I don't like things like this, but..."
"I usually don't comment..."
"good work."
"I liked it but it's trash."
"I got lost somewhere in it."
"I'll save it and read it a zillion times!"

Okay!?

And then when they choose?
But, then what do you say to, you know, them?

Well, then you smile--you know--smile
a smile with your whole face
and it becomes the shortest
distance between two people.

And then you say politely: "Thank you."

And that's it?

No.

Well, then what?

When you say it, you have to mean it.
