The Love Of This Woman (my promise to Paul) by Quinlan L GibsonKnow this.
I believe everything you say.
What?
The sky is red?
Okay.
Always have you covered.
Always have your back.
When any aspect of you
comes under attack
I'll stand up for you
even when you are wrong
Behind you,
forever.
A woman who is strong.
Supportive of your every dream.
Stretching myself to the extreme.
Knowing by your look,
just what you mean.
I'll help with perspective.
Kiss where it hurts.
Be excited beyond,
when you get just desserts.
Never will leave you,
in a wondering wait.
Making sure you don't
stay up too late.
Hurt when you hurt.
Feel what you do.
A radiantly proud,
extension of you.
The love of this woman,
is a beautiful thing.
I don't need a paper.
I don't need a ring.
Only your love,
and a promise to tell.
And knowing this piece...
could read from you as well.

good read |
