Peel my my skin back,
like an onion;
there are layers to me.
The deeper you go,
the deeper I get;
there's so much to see.

Scratch the surface,
dig in deeper;
to me, there is no end.
When you finally reach
into my core;
will you call me your friend?

When you unveil,
all the best parts;
then what will you do?
Will you use me,
go and abuse me;
or will you stay true?
