Quick Ride

by Adrian Calhoun

Life is but a dream.
Once the fun and excitement is over,
you have awakened.
And the dream, life, is over.
Enjoy the ride while it lasts.

I relate so much to this.. I've often had the sensation of being unable to distinguish what is reality and what is a dream, and waking up from the dream of my life...

yes...an E ticket for some and a merry go round for others...I guess it just depends. Good one Adrian.

Thoughprovoking. The Psalmist compares life to plants that grow and are discarded, or as a vapor that appears for a short time and vanishes. The writer of Ecclesiastes refers to it as vanity! The writers of the NT and the words of Jesus convey the brievity of life and the importance of serving God and one's fellow man.
