stupid girl by Kalikala SmithI'm a stupid girl
who dreams of white picket fences
and talks about taking over the world.
i'm a shriek of laughter
from soneone 20 years down my road
looking at where i'll end up.
i'm nonsense
rambling on like all dreams,
if thought out enough,
really do come true.
So i'm a stupid girl for thinking
that maybe some of it is true.
What's wrong with my white picket fence?
What's wrong with growing up and dreaming?
Where's the fun in life if you can't dream...
You're not taking this dream away. 08/01/2002 Posted on 03/26/2003 Copyright © 2024 Kalikala Smith
