Maria by Beth K HannahToxique
Unique
Spiraling
Twirling
Dancing
Playing through my drums
Like a grey guitar.
I think I find you
Inside my mirror
Next to Delilah
And an upturned world.
You are so divine
Like a spiderweb
A glimmer of rain
And love hitting my
Cerebral cord
So cut up Maria.
I heard you in a song
I find you to be flesh
Flesh unimagined
To rare
To much
To late.
Shining Bonita
Mi felicidad
tienes mi ojos
estas un fuego.
Lovely little raindrop. 03/17/2003 Author's Note: Once again, the counting crows have made it possible for me to write. I thank them.

I have no idea what Counting Crows means. I do know this is a good poem. Thank you Ms. Hannah. |
