Faeries Speak to Me

by Melina Raven Maness Diebold

Faeries speak to me

whispering gossamer whimsy

Their silver lips sing sylvan songs

in a sylphide summer serenade

while

floral-decored faces

flaunt fantastic phonemes

to me

as I dream

I have a personal faerie. Well, not exactly a faerie, he's actually a gnome called Royston Chugworth and he pinches my ears when I'm bored. He's also responsible for typos when I'm not paying attention and hiding socks so I have to wear odd ones when I'm in a hurry. Beautiful poem, delicate and sugar-spun

Where do you find your muses? Are there any left for me? Gorgeous, I can picture this perfectly.
