Author's Note: we had a neighborhood jerk... we have lived here 4 years, and he has messed with every family except ours... well, our turn came up... let's just say, he messed with the wrong family... my husband finally punked him down... so far, i don't think he's messed with anyone since... these are my thoughts on him...
