Enough
put my hands up in such a way
that I could say
"no more"
but hands, they fail me
the way that
they lay there like slowly gasping
fish at my side
a useless doubletide of
no action.....

Left with this memory
I am tearing at myself until I
bleed it all out
but that is never enough
