Onward Christian Soldiers

A war on poverty,
the so called "war on drugs,"
and war among the nations.
Now joining the list,
is the war against God.
Removing Him from school,
government buildings,
and public places.
Dare God offend.
To some degree,
even the churches are at war,
in and amongst themselves.
It is time to unite,
time to put God first.
All believers from every faith,
should now be of one accord.
God told us in the end times,
there will be wars,
and great persecution.
God and his word
are both sword and shield.
God has granted you great power
over all the enemy.
All who unite must be in God's word,
Christ the center of focus.
Standing vigilant and faithful,

There needs to be some transitional lines I think. "All who unite must be around God's Word, Christ at the center! Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing" (for instance) Good, clear focus overall. |
