Logan by Leonard M HawkesManeuvering
Peripheries
Of veracity,
Ebb and flow
Allured us
To this Eddy;
And gyrating,
Nameless, faceless,
We intercourse
In darkness,
Light itself
A peril;
Youth, age,
Beauty, descention
Consumed
In one
Black pool
Of yearing.
And kindled
Now afresh--
Mentally
Phosphorescent--
In affirmation
Of loneliness. 03/02/2003 Posted on 03/03/2003 Copyright © 2024 Leonard M Hawkes
