For Your Love

by Adrian Calhoun

A million dreams I have had.
The splendor of your beauty,
deeply admired.

Words never spoken aloud,
scream through my heart and mind.
Your sweet calming voice,
never saying what I wished it would.

Everytime I see or think of you,
powerful emotions take over,
and the battle rages on.

I have seen your angelic face glow,
I have seen myself in your gorgeous eyes.
Each time we embraced,
I died right there in your arms.

Hands held tightly,
tears wiped away,
very close hugs shared.
Kisses upon soft delicate cheeks exchanged,
but those simple words were not said.

Quietly, I have always loved you.
A million times,
I have imploded, quietly.

Tender, romantic, deep emotion expressed here. Who is this mystery "love"?

very tender...the last lines are hopelessly romantic.

Those three words of beauty? They were said without saying.

Do be careful Adrian, love is a fuel. I often wondered why some people combust spontaneously, perhaps you have stumbled onto (or fallen into) the answer. Nice work Sir. Peace...

I'd like to find myself a hopeless romantic but I got stuck with a VW lunatic. Seriously, a beautiful picture you have painted in my minds eye. I love this piece!
