Your soul knew mine before space and time
in that place of love and light.
They met again in this lifetime
but the timing was not right.
It is my prayer that they will meet again
in a time and place yet to be.
For I know without a doubt
we are friends for all eternity.
Because your soul and mine once were one
before they had to part.
That is why forever will be
love for you in my heart.
