Kissing You

by Angel J McRae

You know that moment, when two lips meet
The sparks fly, bells ring, and birds chirp.
The air surrounding you becomes misty
And you're in your own protective bubble
Sealing the moment,
Being sure not to disturb the chemistry.
As the sparks fly, I can feel the warmth
And his lips now gently pressing mine
The taste of salt still hinted from the beach.
God I love this moment.
Wherein time freezes for just a glance
For our two lips to whisper secrets lovingly with each other's tongues.
You know that moment, when two lips meet.
