My World

by Dana E Brossard

Sunlight filters between the forests canopy,
As the fair shadows of leaves dance in peace.
The song of birds fill the air with harmony,
The wood breathes with a softness of life.

A pool of clear water glistenes with soft light,
And the fragance of wild flowers floats gently.
The grass and ferns ordered in perfect disorder,
A gentle soothing of the spirit and sense of one.

For this, my dearest Sunshine,
Is my world with you.

How wonderfully romantic this is. Nature combined with love and life. The images make me want to spend a day in the park. Of course, it would be nice if I was with someone special. ;-)
