forever is a long time
broken dreams never fade
burning cavernous hole
in my mind
daily battles bring churning shame
always having fate to blame
eventhough fate exists only in name
i need some sleep
i need to be saved
flowing through life
like blood spilling from the slit in a new born calfs neck
never making my dreams mine own
always blaming fate for being ALONE.
