Under My Skin by Britt ZimmermanWhy do I let you under my skin
you are burning like a lump in my throat
and I can think of nothing else but the curves
of your body
and the shape of your smile
My heart cant stand the way your eyes meet mine
from across the room
It flutters and shakes and I forget that I have knees
and I am floating and crashing at the same time
spinning spinning and burning your name into my thighs
heavy like gravity upon my entire being
and you are light years away...
