When you come to a point
where you no longer feel stress
and continuing to count the lost days is useless;
When you have summoned all internal resources and failed;
When you finally call upon those close to you
for help out of this dire straight
and they seem to pull away (not respond);
What do you do?
    Assume electronic communication has failed?
    Or perhaps they just don't care?
How long do you wait -
    before giving up all hope?

The light at the end of the tunnel is dimming
and I'm falling to my imminent destruction.

Help.
