Depression by Holly H DunneIt's crying the ocean with only one tear
It's when the water turns murky and stops being clear
It's sleeping for a thousand years while you're still awake
It's when nothing is real and everything's fake
It's when no one understands the language you're screaming
It's being awake while you're still dreaming
It's blowing out the sun with a single sigh
It's living in a place where wishes go to die
It's when you're frozen numb and you're insides are snowing
It's killing yourself without even knowing. 09/24/2002 Posted on 09/24/2002 Copyright © 2024 Holly H Dunne
