I realized something today
There's a lot to say
about receiving mail
the oldfashion way

I truly was spoiled
A letter from a Canadian friend
and another one from the U.S.
The joy that raised within
feels better than the sweetest sin

HMMMMMM.....
Maybe I should take that back
those memories got me off track

Oh yeah
the best part I almost forgot to mention
I received "Wisdom"
a novel by Rae Jones
an Australian touch
that went straight to my bones

Too bad I wasn't home
when my mail was delivered
The mailman would have gotten a kiss
for bringing me so much bliss
