Castaway by Matt ForgetLost in a place of emptiness As one may be on a lonely day Watching mars and venus interract Teasing the eyes of those alone
Fixtures of their worlds Revolving around each other In a gravitational forcefield together as an act of nature
Expressing attraction Centering only around themselves Closer and closer In a prolonged vortex
Seeming so close to never breaking They lose their magnetic touch Float away their separate ways Lost in the endless darknesses beyond them. 09/09/2002 Posted on 09/19/2002 Copyright © 2025 Matt Forget
