The Russian news agency, Tass leased
a large house in the rural area just outside of London, England for a branch of their agency. To celebrate the grand opening Tass threw a party for the employees, their families and friends. After a long evening of drinking Vodka the employees started throwing food at one another, And were admonished by their superiors, " People who live in Tass houses should not throw scones."
